The Leak Detection System ILS500 is a complete leak detection system equipped with computer capacity for tooling control, tracer gas handling and test sequencing – all behind an easy-to-use touch screen interface.

For leak testing the ILS500 is equipped with the Hydrogen leak detector H2000 PLUS which enables to find leaks up to 5 · 10^-7 mbar · l/s with an inert and inexpensive tracer gas mixture of 5% Hydrogen in Nitrogen.

The unit provides complete automatic tracer gas handling including pre-evacuation, filling and post evacuation at the end of the test. With help of tooling outputs you can control pneumatic tools and build up automatic test sequences very easily.

Perfect matching of the co-operating subsystems results in the ILS500's unprecedented performance.

With a wide range of accessories, the ILS500 meets all test requirements and offers a large variety of test possibilities. It is available in Standard, Combi Probe and Filler version.
