Local Enclosure and Scanning Test

Local enclosure and scanning test are two methods to integrate the manually operated sniffing test in an industrial environment with better test repeatability and implementation into a quality control system.

The product to be tested is filled with tracer gas to an appropriate operating pressure. A wider sniffing nozzle or enclosure is moved over the part. The nozzle of the scanner or enclosure is adapted to each test object to ensure perfect detection conditions and provides for high repeatability of the method.
